These terms govern your use of carverse-rentals.vercel.app and any rental agreement signed with Carverse Rentals.

Rental rules

• No smoking, no pets.
• No unauthorized drivers — only the renter on the contract.
• No out-of-state trips. Florida only.
• Daily mileage caps apply per the rental agreement.
• Renter must hold a valid driver's license and insurance with rental coverage.

Bookings & payment

Most bookings are confirmed by text after we review your request. A small deposit may be required for reservations made far in advance. Final payment is due at handoff unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Damage and incidents are governed by the signed rental agreement. The website is provided "as is" — for the operative legal terms, the signed agreement controls.
